Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using sensi (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

The Service

sensi is a desktop application that helps you take part in conversations and meetings. It runs locally on your device and, optionally, communicates with servers operated by CloudFrontiers Ltd (“we”) for authentication, billing, and managed AI.

Your account

Signing in with Google is optional but required to use managed AI and the included free-tier quota. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don’t share your credentials. Sign out on devices you don’t control.

Acceptable use

Don’t use sensi to:

• Record conversations unlawfully. You’re responsible for complying with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction.
• Harass, defame, or threaten anyone.
• Process content you don’t have the right to process.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
• Overwhelm our servers with automated traffic.

We can suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

The free tier includes a daily cap on managed-AI requests. sensi Pro removes the cap. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings → Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don’t offer pro-rata refunds.

Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

Content and ownership

You retain all rights to the content you feed into sensi (transcripts, documents, questions). We don’t claim any ownership over it. By using managed AI, you grant us a limited licence to forward that content to upstream AI providers for the sole purpose of generating a response for you.

sensi itself, including the code, branding, and design, is owned by CloudFrontiers Ltd.

Managed AI

Managed-AI responses are generated by third-party models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or their successors). They can be wrong, inconsistent, or inappropriate. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything that matters.

Uptime

We try to keep sensi’s backend available but don’t promise any specific uptime. The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we’ll surface a prompt inside sensi the next time you open it. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
